The deadline for submission of proposal is February 13, 2026 by 15:00hours Central European Time.



The contractor must have a physical address in Zimbabwe and submit authorization to operate and do business in Zimbabwe as outlined in the solicitation document provided on the list of attachments.



Health Insurance Services must be provided no later than August 01, 2026.



Offerors must have an System for Award Management (SAM) registration with "active" status at time of proposal submission.
