Project Description: Provide equipment replacements and additions to provide energy savings at Terminal 1.
Work includes concrete construction, gypsum board walls, masonry wall penetrations, doors and painting. Mechanical work includes installation of hydronic piping, ductwork, air handling units/fan coils, hydronic pumps, a heat pump unit, and associated controls. Electrical work includes updating lighting from HID to LED in a tug drive area, replacing hallway lighting and occupancy sensors, and replacing ready room lighting. Electrical work to support the mechanical scope.
