North Loop Garage Expansion Services

The Metropolitan Council is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide professional
design and construction support services for the expansion of the North Loop Garage. The
project will relocate the Farebox Operations, Radio Shop, Bus Technology Systems, and
Administrative Support functions from the Operations Support Center (OSC). The intent of the
Council is to award one (1) professional services contract, with the services being provided over
a five-year period. The anticipated schedule for this procurement is as follows:
