The City of College Station seeks sealedbids for the purchase/lease, and possible redevelopment of a portion or all of1508 Harvey Road, an approximate 100,000 square foot former Macy’s departmentstore on an approximate 7.6 acres of land (the “Property”). The Property, located on the frontage road forState Highway 6, is part of Post Oak Mall, a nearly 800,000 square foot indoorshopping center. The City’s Real EstateContract in Exhibit A must be usedfor any conveyance. If the property is to be leased, the City negotiate withthe successful Bidder on a lease agreement.
