Wheat Germ in accordance with specifications

Item description: Firm Fixed Priced Indefinite Quantity/Indefinite Delivery Contract for Wheat Germ in accordance with specifications. Deliveries of 800 (50lb) bags per order every 76 days. Estimated 5 or 6 deliveries per year. All cost to include but not limit to: overhead, general and administrative, profit, insurance, and transportation. The period of performance is from date of award and not to exceed five years. First Article Testing Required in accordance with FAR 52.209-4.

Product shall be packaged in 50 pound paper bags. Each shipment shall be palletized and shrink wrapped on the pallet. The shrink wrapped pallets shall have not more than 40 bags per pallet. The product must be identified at the minimum with the batch number, manufacturing and expiration date, net weight on the shipping containers.
