Project Description: SCOPE: The Office of General Counsel is seeking one or more attorneys/law firms to represent the Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority (NFTA), and its wholly owned subsidiary, Niagara Frontier Transit Metro System, Inc. (Metro), (collectively referred to as the Authority), in several different practice areas. The practice areas are: Public Employment Labor Law, Appellate Work, Airport Planning and Development, Surface Transit Oriented Development, and Information Technology Transactions and Cybersecurity.
