The study has a fixed budget of $139,500 for consultant services. The Transportation Council, on behalf of the Town of Niskayuna, will administer the consultant contract and will jointly manage the study with the Town. The Transportation Council and the Town of Niskayuna would like to see this study completed within 12 calendar months from the date of contract execution.
