Work under this contract shall consist of removal and replacement of existing carpet with carpet tile, preparation, spot priming, and painting of all walls and hollow metal door frames installation of rubber tile and vinyl base, and limited casework and carpentry tasks. Work shall be completed within 53 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. Onsite work will commence on July 1, 2025, and final completion shall be no later than August 22, 2025.
