Description
REQUIREMENT: Pulmonary Function Machine Maintenance and Networking for USCA Platinum Elite DX RTD PFT Systems
CONTRACTOR: Medical Graphics Corporation
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19 intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order to Medical Graphics Corporation, 350 Oak Grove PKWY., Vadnais Heights, Minnesota, 55127. Medical Graphics Corporation is the sole manufacturer and sole source sales and service provider of the MGC Diagnostics/Medical Graphics Cardiorespiratory Diagnostics line of medical equipment. This includes all software, hardware, training, and service components. MGC Diagnostics systems are considered proprietary and can only be obtained through and serviced/maintained/trained by MGC Diagnostics Corporation sales and service trained representatives.
THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification prior to the response due date and time. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirement for the estimated period of performance. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the award. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov at the time of the response due date.
Responses are due by June 5, 2025, 10:00 AM (local Mountain Time). All responses shall be submitted via e-mail to aaron.thurber@va.gov. Telephone requests will not be accepted.
The estimated Period of Performance for this requirement is June 15, 2025, to June 14, 2030.
