Pursuant to Section 3-05 of the NYC Procurement Policy Board Rules, it is the intent of the New York City Department of Finance to enter into sole source negotiations with Axon Enterprises, Inc. (“Axon”) for the maintenance and support of Axon body cameras.

Any vendor besides Axon that believes it can provide the necessary maintenance services is invited to express its interest by submitting a response in PASSPort for future potential opportunities. Please complete the Acknowledgment tab and submit a response in the Manage Responses tab. If you have questions about the details of the RFx, please submit through the Discussion with Buyer tab.
