The City of Framingham, through the Mayor, the Awarding Authority invites sealed bids for the manual removal of snow from downtown sidewalks in conjunction with City equipment and personnel.
*THIS BID IS FOR ON-CALL DOWNTOWN SIDEWALK SNOW CLEARING SERVICES ONLY, NOT SNOW PLOWING
Bid documents can be obtained electronically through the City of Framingham’s Bidnet portal on Wednesday, August 26, 2026 after 10:00 AM:

Sealed bids must be submitted electronically through the City’s Bidnet portal system. Bids submitted through any other means, such as mail, email or hand delivery, will not be accepted and will be rejected by the City as non-responsive.
Bids shall be submitted through Bidnet and are due on Thursday, September 10, 2026 at 10:00 AM.
The City reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any minor informalities and technicalities, or to cancel the bid if it were in the public interest to do so.
