Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source ContractThis is a notice of intent to solicit and award a sole source contract under statutory authority 41 U.S.C. 1901 (a) (1) as implemented by FAR 13.106-1 only one responsible source and no other supply of service will satisfy agency requirements. The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District intends to solicit and award a sole source contract to replace the implement ECM, program and calibrate, and troubleshoot wiring harness issues related to implements on a Caterpillar D7R-II bulldozer, Serial No. 0KNA01853 with 2500 hours to John Fabick Tractor Co, 1 Fabick Dr, Fenton, MO 63026-2928.
