Range Maintenance Support Services at Camp Lejeune NC

Provide labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to perform range maintenance services at Camp Lejeune in Jacksonville, NC. See RFP and attachments. The contract is intended to be for a one-year base period with four (4), one-year option periods and one (1) up to six-month option period, which cumulatively, will not exceed sixty-six (66) months. All prospective contractors are required to register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Failure to have an active registration in the SAM database at time of proposal submission will make an offeror ineligible for award. SAM registration shall be maintained until time of award, during performance and through final payment. Offerors and contractors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements via the Internet at https://sam.gov/. Amendment 0001 was issued to correct the NAICS within the solicitation, add site visit details, and add additional information to Section B of the RFP. The Response Date Time Zone was also corrected in PIEE, to reflect the information within the RFP. Amendment 0002 was issued to revise the site visit start time and decrease the site visit days from 2 days to 1 day. Amendment 0003 was issued to extend the submission deadline and post the site visit sign-in sheet. Amendment 0004 was issued to extend the submission deadline and respond to pre-proposal inquiries. Amendment 0005 incorporates closing time and Attachment 0800000J updates that were issued with Amendment 0004. There is no required Amendment 0005 form that requires acknowledgement and return. Amendment 0006 revises attachments J-0800000-12 and J-0800000-15 within Annex J 0800000. The closing time has been updated to 2:00 PM EDT, reflecting the same closing time already established in PIEE. The closing date remains the same in sam.gov and PIEE.
