The Scope of Work shall include on-call services for mill and overlay, pavement reclamation, pavement leveling, installation of stress absorbing membrane (SAM), crack sealing, remove and reset granite curb, furnish and install granite curb, install bituminous curb and sidewalk, install concrete sidewalk and ADA ramps, and all associated work. The locations and quantities of specific roadway and sidewalk work is subject to change.

Bid documents shall be made available in the Public Works Engineering Division office or by emailing Jennifer Rosa, JRosa@cityofmelrose.org, after 10:00 AM on Wednesday, February 25th, 2026. All questions must be submitted in writing no later than March 12th, 2026 at 4:00 PM to JRosa@Cityofmelrose.org. A 5% Bid Bond/Deposit will be required upon submittal of the sealed bid. A 100% performance bond and 100% payment bond will be required upon the award of the contract.
