The Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency (the “Agency”) is soliciting applications for its list of eligible law firms and hearing officers to perform work for the Agency in the service areas listed in the scope of service.

The Agency maintains a list of Qualified Law Firms, each with respective area(s) of specialty for future assignment of both litigation and transactional matters on an as-needed basis (the “List”). The Agency assigns matters to Qualified Law Firms based on their legal specialty areas on a knowledge, experience, and budget-driven basis to the greatest extent possible.

This List is valid for a five-year period, commencing on January 1, 2026 and expiring on the passing of December 31, 2030. The Agency retains the right to contract with other law firms and hearing officers that are not on the List during this period. For some specialty areas, only one Qualified Law Firm is placed on the List due to limited caseloads, favorable rates, and need to limit Agency administrative costs by coordinating with just one law firm; while for other subject areas, there are multiple law firms on the List.
