Description
Although the successful Proponent will be providing goods and services to the City under the Agreement that the City will use to host FIFA World Cup 26 matches in Vancouver, the Proponent agrees that it will not have or acquire any affiliation or association with FIFA or FIFA World Cup 26 because of the goods and services or the Agreement. The Proponent will not claim that it has any affiliation or association with FIFA or FIFA World Cup 26.
Under this RFP, the City of Vancouver (the “City”) is seeking Bids from vendors with expertise in the areas of Public Wi-Fi, Internet Services (delivered via fiber), CCTV, and IT Support meeting the requirements stated in the Buyer Attachment titled, PS20251117-TS-RFP – Scope of Work. Interested parties (“Respondents”) are required to respond to this RFP in accordance with the instructions set forth in this RFP.
Term of the contract & options - The term of this engagement is expected to be a 15-month period with the possibility of renewal.
The RFP will be administered through the City’s electronic procurement portal (the “Supplier Portal”).
Bids may only be submitted via the Supplier Portal in the format requested by the City. Each Proponent is solely responsible for reviewing and complying with any Supplier Portal terms and conditions which apply to and govern the use of the Supplier Portal.
