Access Control & Video Surveillance Hardware & Service

The City of Irving (hereafter “City”) is soliciting best value bids for a hardware and software service contract for its Lenel OnGuard hardware and software and Qognify Ocularis, including all related hardware and software. Additionally, the scope of services will include support for Genetec access control, as the City is planning a transition to this platform in the near future.
There will be no pre-bid conference associated with this ITB.

Any questions or request for clarification should be submitted under the Questions tab in this online solicitation. The responses will be posted after consultation with the appropriate department personnel. If the response necessitate a significant change to the specification, an addendum will be issued.

The City of Irving strongly encourages bidders to submit their response to this bid electronically. Please call the individual listed on the bid if you require assistance with this submittal.
