Description

The National Park Service (NPS) at Whiskeytown National Recreation Area (WHIS) has a requirement for a qualified Contractor to (a) replace an alarm controller, (b) perform inspection, testing, and maintenance (ITM) services, and (c) provide 24/7 alarm monitoring, notification, and reporting services. See the attached statement of work for a detailed description.
This acquisition is set-aside for Small Business Concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this project is 561621, and the small business size standard is $25 million. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract to a single Contractor determined to be responsive and responsible. The performance period for the ITM and monitoring services consists of a base year and four option years.
A site visit is scheduled for February 6, 2025. See page 18 for details.
