IDIQ ROOFING CONTRACT FOR MINOR CONSTRUCTION WORK TO BE ACQUIRED FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION, REPAIR, REHABILITATION, AND RENOVATION WITHIN THE NAICS CODE LISTED FOR ROOFING CONSTRUCTION, REPAIRS, MAINTENANCE AND ASSOCIATED WORK

The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Southwest, Facilities Engineering and Acquisition Division (FEAD) Point Loma, has a requirement to procure a firm-fixed price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite quantity contract for roofing construction. This contract provides minor construction work to be acquired for new construction, repair, rehabilitation, and renovation within the NAICS Code listed for roofing construction, repairs, maintenance and associated work. Work will be performed at facilities in various government installations primarily at Naval Base Point Loma, and secondarily at Naval Base Coronado, Naval Base San Diego, and Marine Corps Air Station Miramar and expected to be completed by December 19, 2029. The maximum dollar value, including the base period and 4 option years, is $20,000,000. This contract contains provisions for a ONE (1) year base period of performance and FOUR (4) one-year option periods, for a maximum contract length of five (5) years, or $20,000,000, whichever comes first.
