Description
This is a sources sought announcement only. The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research and obtain information from qualified potential offerors. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. The Government is not obligated to, nor will it pay for or reimburse any costs associated with responding to this sources sought synopsis request. This notice shall not be construed as commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. The Government will in no way be bound to this information if any solicitation is issued.
The Fayetteville NC VA Coastal Healthcare System VA Medical Center (hereafter FNCVACHCS), its associated Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs), and affiliated healthcare clinics require contracted non-emergency ambulance transportation services. The contractor shall provide all vehicles, personnel, management, supplies, equipment, and necessary reporting for the provision of Stretcher Transports, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Life Support (ALS), Critical Care Transport (CCT) services. The contactor shall make these ambulance services available to the VA as needed, 24 hours a day, seven days a week (24/7), including weekends and holidays.
The FNCVACHCS main campus is located at 2300 Ramsey Street Fayetteville, NC 28301, serving over 157,000 veterans, primarily from the Fayetteville, NC area and it s 14 Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC s). The hospital has 100 inpatient beds and sees numerous inpatient admissions and outpatient visits a year. Veterans served within this facility lives within the following counties.
