VTA seeks proposals (each, a “Proposal”) from qualified firms (each, a “Proposer”) to provide the following educational and training services (“Services”).

VTA is seeking a contract for agency-wide professional training services. As a transportation agency with approximately 2,300 employees, VTA requires flexible and comprehensive training services to address a range of needs throughout the year. Our agency operates multiple locations on a 24-hour basis, necessitating adaptable training solutions across various timeframes and skill levels. VTA is committed to ensuring that our workforce is well-prepared to step into a variety of roles, fostering a strong pipeline of talent within the agency. VTA seeks to establish relationships with highly qualified trainers who can deliver a full spectrum of training services, from foundational instruction to advanced professional development, ensuring our workforce remains capable and efficient.
