The Town of Plainville is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to solicit statements of qualifications from interested and qualified contractors and subcontractors to provide services for the construction of the new 1.5 MGD Turnpike Lake Water Treatment Plant (TLWTP). The purpose of this RFQ is to establish a pool of prequalified candidates for the TLWTP project in accordance with Federal, State, and local laws. Qualified respondents will be evaluated based on their experience, technical capabilities, and past performance.
