Lobbying Services RFP

The City of Cleveland (“City”), owner and operator of Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (“CLE”), Burke Lakefront Airport (“BKL”) (collectively “Airports”) and the North Coast Harbor (“Harbor”), through its Director of the Department of Port Control (“Director”), invites written Proposals from firms that have requisite, demonstrable competence and experience in providing Lobbying Services(the “Project”) as required by the various divisions of the Department of Port Control (“Department”).

A pre-proposal meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 25 2024 at 2:30 p.m. local time via WEBEX. the call-in number is 1-415-655-0002 and the meeting number is 2632 512 8116. Although attendance is not mandatory, firms are encouraged to attend. Those planning to attend the pre-proposal meeting must register by 4:00 p.m. local time on Monday September 23, 2024 by e-mail to kprawalsky@clevelandairport.com . Interested parties may submit or ask questions pertaining to this Request for Proposal and the services desired. Questions should be submitted online, in the Q&A section of the OpenGov Platform.
