NOTICE TO CONSTRUCTION MANAGERS
You are invited to submit qualifications for “COURTROOM & MEP IMPROVEMENTS AT THE MISSISSIPPI COUNTY COURTHOUSE- OSCEOLA,’’ for MISSISSIPPI COUNTY, hereinafter termed Owner. The Owner will receive qualifications until 3pm CST, March 7, at the Mississippi County Courthouse, 200 W. Walnut St, Blytheville, AR 72315, Office of County Judge John Alan Nelson, Room 206. Qualifications received after this time will not be accepted. Qualifications may be mailed or delivered to same location and should include information about the CM’s experience with public agencies, especially counties and/or on historic buildings. Respondents should include resumes of key personnel including the proposed project manager and site superintendent. The County intends to short list the most qualified respondents for interviews.
