The Jamie L. Whitten Building, a historically significant federal building, requires professional exterior cleaning services to maintain its appearance, preserve the integrity of its façade, and comply with historical preservation standards. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, and disposal services necessary to clean, repair and restore the exterior surfaces of the Jamie L. Whitten Building. All repairs, restoration and cleaning must be performed in accordance with historic preservation guidelines and industry best practices.
