Description
This RFP is being issued by Provincial Health Services Authority (“PHSA”) on behalf of itself and as an agent for each of the Health Authorities to identify a Proponent to enter into a non-exclusive Contract between a Proponent and the Health Authorities, through their agent Provincial Health Services Authority (“PHSA”), for the supply of a comprehensive range of maternity and nursing care products (“Products”) and associated services (“Services”)described in Appendix I to the Health Authorities at their facilities listed in
Appendix A
.
Any Contract resulting from this RFP may be executed by PHSA in its capacity as agent for the Health Authorities.
