Summary
The purpose of this solicitation is to receive responses from qualified respondents to provide the hauling, treatment, and disposal of biosolids from the City’s Water Reclamation Facility. The successful respondent must provide all labor, transportation, and operate a Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP)–permitted facility authorized to treat biosolids to a minimum Class A standard. Services include year-round hauling, odor control, and full regulatory compliance. The estimated annual volume is approximately 6,000–7,000 wet tons. To provide hauling and disposal of Biosolids generated by Clermont's East Waste Water Treatment Facility.
