Summary

Project Description: Base Bid project scope includes: paving, stairs/railings,
amphitheater seating, retaining walls, site lighting, sidewalks, landscaping, and
irrigation, and coordination with SPU on water main abandonment. Additive Bid Work
includes concrete foundation and structural elements associated with the carved
Welcome Figure statue, uplighting and controls, and installation of the carved owner
furnished Welcome Figure statue.

Engineer's Estimate: $833,000 for Base Bid; $181,000 for Additive.

Project Location: Pioneer Square, 2nd Ave. Ext and Yesler Way.
