The Department of General Services (DGS), Bureau of Supplies and Surplus (BSSO) is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) for Disposable Lab and Medical Exam Grade Gloves in order to fulfill their stock requirements.
Gloves must be of Medical Grade following the same specifications (attached to this bid) of the current Commonwealth contract 4400027776, PCID 1170 Patient Exam Gloves specification. The products provided through this contract shall be in newly manufactured condition, having no less than 95% shelf-life remaining as of the date of delivery. 13.0 Shelf Life 13.1 Strict adherence to the expiration date on the packaging and product shall be followed. 13.2 Product shall have a minimum expiration date of at least two (2) years from date of delivery to the warehouse and not to exceed five (5) years from date of manufacture.
