Montara Radio Site, assessing its structural integrity, evaluating technological frameworks against regulatory compliance, and providing a detailed feasibility study about future investments and improvements. This RFP seeks to secure a comprehensive understanding of the North Peak tower’s current condition and suitability for ownership, providing a foundation for strategic decision-making regarding its future role in the County's communications infrastructure.
