NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.
This notice of intent to sole source is not a request for competitive quotes; no solicitation will be made available.
This is a notice of intent to solicit and award a sole source contract under statutory authority 38 U.S.C. 8127(c), set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulations 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Orlando VA Healthcare System, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8, 13800 Veterans Way, Orlando, Florida, 32827, intends to award a Firm-fixed-price sole source contract for one (1) 255KVA delta/wye Transformer for the Orlando VA Healthcare System, Lake Nona Campus, Fisher House location located at 13800 Veterans Way, Orlando, Florida, 32827.
The NAICS code for this procurement is 335311, and the Small Business Administration Size Standard is 800 employees.
If vendors believe they have the technical capability to meet this specific need, submit a complete technical package that provides clear and convincing evidence that they can meet the Government s requirement.
