Request for Proposals

The Town of Dedham is accepting proposals from qualified firms to update its Facilities Master Plan. Copies of the Request for Proposals (RFP) package will be available beginning Monday October 6th, 2025 and may be obtained at the Procurement Office, 450 Washington St, Dedham, MA 02026, 2nd floor for a $50 non-refundable fee, or online at the Town’s Website for FREE.

Sealed general bids must be submitted no later than 10:00 AM Thursday November 6th, 2025  to the following:

LATE PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids as determined to be in the best interests of the Town and to waive minor informalities.
