Synopsis:
|
|
Bids are currently being accepted by the SmartyPants Learning Academy for the renovation needs to update the old school to become a daycare.
Briefly the work includes:
Demolition of the existing interior.
Removal of the existing windows, and enlarging opening for new sizes of windows and doors.
Plumbing and electrical changes needed for use.
Finishing work including walls, ceiling and floors.
Exterior on the building.
Terms and Conditions:
SmartyPants Learning Academy is not obligated to accept the lowest price, or any proposal.
Proponents are responsible for any costs associated with proposal preparation.
Proposals must include detailed Cost breakdown, including additional fees.
The bidder shall supply all necessary materials, tools, labour and expertise to undertake and complete the work in accordance with the plans and drawings laid out.
Competition Documents:
Tender packages will be available during the walk through on April 2nd, 10am at the Ebenezer Community Center.
Sealed bids to be delivered at the Ebenezer office, or sent electronically to info@smartypantsacademy.ca due by April 15th.
