011851 3532S Garnet Valley Water Transmission System Distribution Pipeline

Southern Nevada Water Authority invites qualified firms (Bidders) to submit Bids for the following work, see Contract Documents for full details:

The Site of the work is located within the Apex Industrial Park in the Garnet Valley Basin, northeast of Las Vegas between I-15 and US 93, and is largely within the Apex Utility Corridor. The project begins at the connection to the existing 2864 Zone City of North Las Vegas Reservoir inlet pipe, terminating northwest at the 2795 Zone connection at Apex Power Parkway.

The Work consists of installation of approximately 21,304 LF of 24-inch diameter ductile iron pipe (DIP), approximately 24 LF of 36-inch diameter DIP, and associated appurtenances. Additionally, it includes fiber optic conduits and pull boxes, cathodic protection monitoring, and a PRV vault assembly including 12-inch and 4-inch control valves, complete with associated appurtenances, electrical, and piping. Other components of the Work include an open cut crossing of parallel 36-inch Kern River Gas pipelines, grading, final soil stabilization, construction of an access road, and drainage improvements and mitigation.
