Project Description: Springville City is soliciting sealed bids for Crack Seal Asphalt Maintenance Services. The selected contractor will enter into a three-year contract with the City. Bids will be accepted in both electronic and paper format. All bids must be received by the deadline stated in the official bid documents. Late submissions will not be considered. Springville City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, and to award the contract in the best interest of the City.
