Grinding, Transport and Disposal of Hurricane Helene Debris

The City of North Augusta, South Carolina is accepting bids from well qualified vendors/contractors to grind, transport and dispose of Hurricane Helene Debris, which consists of furnishing all needed labor, equipment, and permits to conduct said work for the City of North Augusta. Bids may be submitted via mail sealed or hand delivered to Attn: Mr. Jason Sikes Sanitation Superintendent, 61 Claypit Rd., North Augusta, South Carolina 29841. Bids will be accepted till 1:30 P.M. Wednesday, May 14, 2025, at which time said proposals will be recorded and carefully evaluated. Bids must be submitted on the form(s) submitted by the City and in accordance with specifications and list of quantities desired. It is the intent and purpose of the City of North Augusta that this Invitation to Bid promotes competitive bidding. It shall be the bidder's responsibility to advise the Department of Public Services at the address noted if any language, requirements, etc. or any combination thereof, inadvertently restricts or limits the requirements stated in this Invitation to Bid to a single source. Such notification must be submitted in writing and must be received by the Department of Public Services no later than ten (10) days prior to the bid closing date.
