The South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) is soliciting proposals for the development of a web-based training course (WBT) covering select portions of the SCDOT Technical Design Manual (GDM). All WBT will be in a format consistent with Guidelines developed by the National Highway Institute (NHI) and will meet all specification of this solicitation.
