Project Description: The Salt Lake City Community Reinvestment Agency (CRA) is soliciting sealed competitive bids for the demolition of three single-family houses along with their associated outbuildings.
On-site pre-bid meeting at 10am on Friday, September 12, 2025 at 42 South 600 West in Salt Lake City, UT.
Please email all bids to Austin Taylor at austin.taylor@slc.gov by 5pm Mountain Time on September 26, 2025. Bids received after this time will not be accepted.
