This courtesy posting is provided as notice of the State of Utah's intent to participate in the contracts resulting from the STC Rescue & Public Protection Equipment for NASPO ValuePoint in a solicitation lead by the State of South Carolina (the Lead State). The Solicitation is now available to download online at: https://apps.sceis.sc.gov/SCSolicitationWeb/solicitationAttachment.do?solicitnumber=5400028525, the solicitation number is RFP #5400028525. The RFP is scheduled to close on October 22, 2025 at 11:00 am EST. Vendors must monitor the Lead State's posting for any extensions or modifications in their eProcurement System. If the State of Utah enters into a Participating Addendum it will be for the benefit of all Utah public entities, nonprofit organizations, and agencies of the federal government, i.e. State of Utah departments, agencies, and institutions, political subdivisions (colleges, universities, school districts, special service districts, cities and counties, etc.), and, as applicable, nonprofit organizations, agencies of the federal government, or any other entity authorized by the laws of the State of Utah to participate in State Cooperative Contracts will be allowed to use this Contract.
