Construction of Secured Visitor Entrance, Security Operation Center and Building Enhancements

The St. Johns River Water Management District Headquarters (DHQ), located at 4049 Reid St. Palatka, FL, 32177, is searching for a Contractor to improve Building 2 existing foyer by: (1) creating a secured visitor entrance; (2) creating an adjacent Security Operations Center (SOC) designated space; and (3) installing blast mitigation film on DHQ Buildings 1 and 2.

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference (on-site) is scheduled for July 23, 2025, at 11:00 AM, at: District Headquarters, 4049 Reid Street, Palatka FL 32177

The purpose of the pre-bid conference is to view the project area and to discuss the requirements of this solicitation. Participation is required to be eligible to submit a response to this solicitation.

The estimated budget for the project is $195,000.
