Description

Queen Alexandra Place Lodge is a 58-unit, 3 story complex that is located at 10825 – 77 Avenue. The facility was constructed in 1982, is owned by the Alberta Social Housing Corporation (ASHC) and managed by GEF Seniors Housing. Successful bidder will assume the role of prime contractor for the project. GEF Seniors Housing, working on behalf of ASHC, is soliciting for a price to supply and install fire alarm panel and other associated accessories.
