Operating Funds Custodian

Florida Atlantic University (“FAU” or “the University”) is seeking proposals from qualified financial institutions to serve as the custodian of its operating funds. The selected firm will be responsible for the safekeeping of assets, trade execution, settlement, and associated reporting. This includes providing custodial services for short-term, intermediate-term, and long-term investment holdings, while also functioning as the University’s primary broker-dealer and clearing agent for eligible investments.

The selected vendor will support the University’s treasury team in executing its Investment Policy Statement and ensuring timely access to funds, security of principal, compliance with Florida statutes, and operational efficiency. This ITN is open to participation by all eligible bidders. The resulting award is non-exclusive; any contract resulting from this solicitation shall be awarded with the understanding and agreement that it is for the sole convenience of the University.
