including breakfast Conference space must be sufficient to accommodate 50 persons, range from 45 – 60 persons and large enough to six round tables with chairs for 8 persons each. Small meeting room 10-12 people single table boardroom style. Conference package c will be consist of room rent lunch 2 coffee breaks, AV equipment. The Government will pay the Contractor at the satisfactory completion of services upon receipt of a proper invoice.
This solicitation will be issued via the website of the US Consulate General of Istanbul. No paper copies will be mailed. Note: The response date in this synopsis is not a firm date; please see the solicitation for the actual date.
