Description

The 355th Contracting Squadron intends to issue a sole-source procurement action for the procurement of the following items:

The contractor shall provide all tools, materials, supplies, equipment, transportation, personnel, labor, supervision, and management necessary to perform relocation and reinstallation of KMF and NMC racks from building 1540 to building 402 within Davis-Monthan Air Force Base (DMAFB). Personnel working will must be Motorola certified technicians/field engineers.This requirement is accomplished in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b) “Soliciting from a single source”. Motorola is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of the above listed equipment. . This is a notice of intent to award a BRAND NAME, sole-source procurement action under NAICS 541519 and is not a request for competitive proposals. Firms who want to challenge this sole source action must submit an interest letter that demonstrates your firm’s technical expertise, certifications and authorization to compete for this acquisition as an authorized service provider for this equipment and associated software. Interested parties must provide rationale as to why they should be considered. All interested firms must respond by Friday, 09 May 2025 at 2:00 PM EST to Jonathan Turk email: jonathan.turk@us.af.mil or phone (520)228-5405. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The 355th Contracting Office will not reimburse for any costs connected with providing the capability information.
