The Town of Leesburg is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide right-of-way and parking lot asset engineering and consulting services. The selected firm will use PAVER Pavement Management Software or other Town-approved modeling software, GIS and recently collected right-of-way and parking lot asset condition data (Fall 2024) to build a 5 and 10-year paving and maintenance program and forecast based on a âNeighborhood Proximityâ approach.
