The project is located in Cooper Landing, Kenai Peninsula Borough, AK along the Snug Harbor Road. This third phase of the project begins on Snug Harbor Road approximately 1.2 miles east of Sterling Hwy and ends .23 miles to the east of that.
The project is anticipated to go on advertisement in Spring 2025 with work in Summer 2025.
