The State of Ohio - Department of Administrative Services (DAS) is soliciting for two (2) Level Access SCORM5 Training Course content file groups from Level Acces
We are purchasing two (2) SCORM5 training file groups (10 files total):

Level Access SCORM5 Group 1:

1. Accessible Documents Overview
2. Document Accessibility: Basic Acrobat Pro DC
3. Assistive Technology
4. Introduction to Digital Accessibility
5. Writing Accessible Copy for Content Designers

Level Access SCORM5 Group 2:

1. Developer Accessibility Fundamentals I
2. Developer Accessibility Fundamentals II
3. Learn the Fundamentals of ARIA
4. Learning the Fundamentals of Accessibility Testing Understanding Accessible Designs

This solicitation is for MBE dealers only.

The State of Ohio - Department of Administrative Services (DAS) is soliciting for two (2) Level Access SCORM5 Training Course content file groups.

Use of the services in this quote is subject to the State of Ohio Department of Administrative Services Addendum to Agreement between the State and Carahsoft Technology Corporation executed on June 17, 2025.

Please be sure to include the state contract number in the contract column of the grid, if applicable.

Completion of the grid is required and will be considered the response for evaluation.  No outside/additional documentation will be considered.

The State Standard Terms and Conditions apply to this solicitation.  No additional terms and conditions will be accepted.

If there is a license agreement and/or privacy policy, please attach a copy to your response.

Selection will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible MBE quote.

All responders to this solicitation must be fully registered as a Supplier to do business with the State of Ohio.  Please follow all steps below to be fully registered.

Suppliers must be properly registered with the Ohio Secretary of State by navigating to https://www.ohiosos.gov/businesses/

At its sole discretion, DAS may renew these services for up to three additional one-year term(s) subject to the satisfactory performance of the selected supplier and the needs of the State.
