NFTA/METRO RFP 250079 - COLOR DIGITAL PRESS

Project Description: SCOPE: The Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority (NFTA) and Niagara Frontier Transit Metro Systems, Inc. (NFTM) seek qualified vendors to submit proposals that meet the minimum acceptable criteria set forth herein for a state-of-the-art Color Digital Press, includes delivery, installation, configuration, training, and a three-year maintenance service agreement for the color digital press at the designated NFTA facility.
GOALS: 1.95% MBE, 1.07% WBE, 0% SDVOB
PRE-PROPOSAL/SITE INSPECTION: A pre-proposal meeting and site inspection will be held on January 14, 2026, at 11 a.m. EST
The prospective contractor is required to become familiar with the work covered by this contract prior to submitting a proposal.
Registration is required to attend the Pre-Proposal Conference/Site Inspection. Proponents must register by January 13, 2026, by 4 P.M. EST.
