This RFP provides $20 million in capital funds to expand access to inpatient psychiatric services.
These funds aim to:
- address shortages and expand capacity
- reduce emergency department boarding
- improve access to timely, high-quality care
- increase a hospital’s ability to serve children, adolescents and adults
- treat more people diagnosed with both mental health disorders and intellectual/developmental disabilities
