Jomax Road CMAR - Dysart Road to 126th Drive

The intent of the City is to award a single contract for the Construction Manager at Risk (“CMAR”) to provide Pre-construction services and complete Construction for Jomax Road (Dysart Road to 126th Drive). The City has awarded T. Y. Lin International under a separate contract to complete the preliminary design services.

The City intends to make roadway improvements to Jomax Road (Dysart Road to 126 ^th Drive), Peoria, Arizona. The Jomax Road improvements will include one lane in each direction plus a bike lane, curb/gutter, and sidewalk on the north side of the road, a roundabout at the intersection of Jomax Road and Dysart Road, drainage improvements for both onsite and offsite flows, streetlights, traffic signals, and conduits, dry and some wet utilities.
